Born and lived in Singapore since then=) a proud student of National Junior College Singapore, the one(and only) school i'm really gonna miss=) 18. since young i had always wanted to take nice photos. not sure wad, but something in me wanted to capture what happened. after my O level, got the panasonic Fz5, then progressed on to the D200.

im usually a very science-oriented person, especially in school and while doing my own projects. so photography, together with music, is my mode of expressing my more artistic side. i try to find new perspectives, views, techniques. other than that, one of the joys of photography for me is the "feel". i used to prefer lighter, smaller equipment until i used my school's Vivitar series one 105mm f/2.5 macro. the build quality of that lens really took my breath away. ever since then, and following my parents' gift of the D200 (thank you!!), the feel has been something i really enjoy about this hobby. it was also for this reason that i took up film(the yashica feels great!) and use only tokina third party lenses(great build quality. if i could i'd get nikkor.. but too ex >< ). and yes! i've finally found that first lens that i fell in love with!!=)

btw, i dun like SWM cos theres no sound, no feel >< haha. but other than tt i welcome it=)

im generally quite against "photoshopping" in my own work. the most i do is to crop and adjust colours in nikon editor. im a photographer, not a digital artist=)

o... im also in the symphonic band. play the clarinet and was the student conductor and treasurer there. my other passion=P
